On May, 8 the square of the Institute passed event dedicated to the day of memory and honours. At this event was the participation of the veterans of the Second World War, the Pro-rector on ma'naviat-ma’rifat U.Т.Аbdullaev, head of the culture centre «Slavutich» V.F.Boyko, Lieutenant Colonel R.Salixov, associate Professor of the Department of «Social Sciences» Х.Хаitov,
professorial-teaching staff, as well as students of the Institute. The rector of the Institute prof. Q.Jumaniyazov opened the event, mention of those who died during the Second World War and congratulated all the participants of the veterans. A great impression left veterans of the military march, prepared by the military Department. At the end of the session, the participants laid flowers to the monument of memory and honor of the Institute. Gifts given for the participants of the war and veterans of labor.
